Ardell Gray Magic Color Additive is a unique hair color product that can be added to any color formula to achieve vibrant color and exceptional gray coverage. This product is formulated to help hair color penetrate deeper into the cortex and is also great for toning down ash tones. It adds punch to red hair color formulations and helps to alleviate chlorine discolorations. Gray Magic works by adding concentrated red and yellow pigments with wetting agents to replace the lost color pigment and moisture to lock-in hair color. When added to shampoos or conditioners, it prevents fading and oxidation for tinted red or warm colors. To use, mix your regular hair color formula with peroxide and add 10 drops of Gray Magic for every ounce of color. Mix well into the formula and do not add extra peroxide.
